Been inundated with gorgeous, squidgey babies so have really enjoyed the knitting time of late. Some blue longies for the lovely boy

And the first of a batch of tomato relish. I yielded about 25 yg of tomatoes this summer. I froze a lot of them but have found that this batch ended up a bit runny. Very tasty though and that is what counts! I got seven jars out of 6kg. I am thinking I will make a simple pasta type sauce and freeze for winter use with the rest of the tomatoes
