Sundays in my City

Today has been a lazy at home day for me mostly. Kidlets were with their dad until early afternoon then I collected them so we could go eat cake!!  Nienna's besty, the Divine Ms M was turning six so we went over and helped her eat icecream cake and to give her our gift.

and now home and tired and a tad sulky.......

and for more glimpses of cities on a sunday

Yum - ice cream cake, it is no wonder the kids are so happy. I can understand the grumpiness when the cake is gone and the party is over.
Happy sunny Sunday.

That looks like a delicious cake. And ice-cream always brings smiles. Too bad it brings a bit of sadness when it all over though!

Nothing like cake and ice cream to put a smile on a child's face. Or an adult too.
