we went to France and Italy this morning

Yup, we sure did.  Beren decided to do the Eiffel Tower puzzle I scored at the op shop so we started putting it together. Nienna went and got the peg board and decided to build a Leaning Tower of Pisa.  This prompted a huge discussion on landmarks around the world and within Australia.  I was blown away by what they knew!  It seems natural learning works pretty well here :)   Oh and they play World Explorer game and take part in Postcrossing.

Nienna did some composing too.  She counts the keys and writes the number of the note she plays and then how many times she plays it.  She hasn't learnt all the keys yet so this is her way of overcoming that small issue LOL

Ooh, I love anything to do with Paris. That's one good looking tower! Good job!

Fun! And I like the idea of writing key numbers so you can play the same song over and over. :)
