My Cherry Blossom

I made this skirt for Nienna ages ago but hadn't quite finished it. The hem needs tidying up but she found it and fell in love and has insisted on wearing it for days. I bought a ladies skirt from the op shop as I loved the fabric and then cut it up to make this skirt. She thinks she is a ballerina in it and is too cute of course
