However, Beren asked for veggie pie for dinner so I decided to make this arvo a baking day. We are going to A Day on the Green with Char and her brood tomorrow so I had to do something for picnic dinner anyway.
I have now done 2 veg pie (1 for freezer),
a dozen little veg quiche, (freezer for school lunches)
3 trays of savoury scrolls with various fillings; sweet potato and fetta, salami, sundried tomato and cheese, fetta, ham and olives. Plus, cheesy-mite for kidlets.

Not bad going and much more economical to do a big bake than a small one.
