We picked beautiful fresh beetroot from our garden and made a yummy roast beetroot, spinach and fetta salad to have with Christmas lunch. I also made some festive placemats to brighten up the table. To top off our yummo cold meats and salads I made a supper pudding with tasmanian organic berries YUMMO! Or as the kids would say "it wasn't nice; IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!"
