Home ed this week

We did some more cooking this week. Beren chose a couple of recipe books at the library and then chose to make cheesey biscuits. These were very yummy and I see many posibilities for tweaking the recipe.

You need:
1c SR flour
1c grated cheese
1 egg yolk
pinch of salt
enough water to make a dough.
Mix all together to form a ball and then cover and refridgerate for 30min. Roll dough to 1cm thickness and cut into shapes. Sprinkle a bit of cheese on top and bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.

 

 

 

we also did the usual literacy, numeracy work books and went to home ed group.
